Shipping

Our priority is to keep shipping simple, reliable, and as fast as possible, so you can get playing.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the value of your purchase. Shipping is free for customers who place an order above our minimum free-delivery threshold of £85.

Processing and tracking

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders are shipped with our trusted delivery partners:

  • Ireland – An Post
  • UK – Royal Mail

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey from us to your door. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment throughout.

Please note that dispatch may take slightly longer during busy periods (like new season drops). But rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Please also factor in weekends, bank holidays, and any other non-business days.

Estimated delivery times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within the standard timeframes of our delivery partners:

  • Ireland – 3-7 working days
  • UK – 2-5 working days

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order at any time.

Lost or damaged orders

If something’s gone wrong in transit, we’ll make it right.

  • Damaged goods: Let us know within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damage.
  • Lost packages: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 14 days of your shipping confirmation so we can investigate.

International orders

We don't currently ship orders outside of the UK and Ireland. Expanding our shipping options is something we’re exploring for the future, so keep an eye on our updates if you’re based elsewhere.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you spot an error after ordering, contact us straight away at info@court10.ie. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to correct it.

Sustainability

Where possible, we ship using minimal, recyclable packaging, reducing waste and the environmental impact of our products, without compromising the protection of your order.
