Orders and shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

How long will delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. For Ireland, allow 3–7 days.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the value of your purchase. Shipping is free for customers who place an order above our minimum free-delivery threshold of £85.

Do you ship outside the UK and Ireland?

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK and Ireland. Expanding our shipping options is something we’re exploring for the future, so keep an eye on our updates if you’re based elsewhere. We’d love to get Court10 to you soon.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us ASAP at info@court10.ie and we’ll do our best to help. Make sure to include your order number when emailing.

What courier providers do you use?

Royal Mail in the UK and An Post in Ireland.

Can multiple orders be combined?

We’re not currently able to combine separate orders into single shipments. If you’ve placed multiple orders close together, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to help, depending on dispatch status.

Can I reserve products?

We don’t offer product reservations at the moment. Our collections are limited, so we recommend signing up to our emails or following us on Instagram or LinkedIn for early access to new drops.

Returns and exchanges

What's your return policy?

You have 28 days from receiving your order to return items in their original condition. Check our full policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Just email info@court10.ie with your order number and we’ll get you started.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

Yes. The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order for the size or colour you need.

Do you offer free returns?

At the moment, we don’t offer free returns unless the item/s is faulty or incorrect.

Sizing and fit

How do I know which size to order?

Check our size guides on individual product pages for measurements and fit notes. If you're still unsure, you can also reach out to us directly at info@court10.ie.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort – especially if you prefer a looser fit.

Is your clothing designed for a slim or relaxed fit?

Our fit is tailored but flexible, designed to move with you without being restrictive. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Will your items shrink after washing?

No, providing you follow our care guidelines. Our fabric is designed to retain its shape with proper care. See 'Product info' below for more details, and refer to individual product pages.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, recycled fibres, including polyester, spandex, and cotton.

How should I care for my items?

We recommend cold washing and air drying to preserve fit and longevity. See individual product pages for more details.

Where are your clothes made?

Our first collections are produced in China. We've partnered with manufacturers who ensure quality, reliability, responsible practices, and fair prices for our customers.

Are your fabrics sustainable?

Yes. While not every component is perfect yet, we prioritise recycled fibres and responsible production practices. Read more about our sustainability goals in our journal, The Rally.

Payments and discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods online, including debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, making checkout quick, easy, and secure.

Do you offer gift cards?

We don’t currently offer individual gift cards, but it’s something we’re considering for the future. Be sure to join our mailing list or follow us on our socials to hear when they become available.

Do you offer discounts?

We don’t run discounts all the time, but we do occasionally offer special promotions to our email subscribers and through our affiliates programme. Sign up to our mailing list or connect with one of our affiliates to be the first to know.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Clubs and partnerships

Do you supply kit for clubs or teams?

Yes. We work with local clubs to provide high-performance kit solutions.

How do I enquire about a custom order?

Do you have physical stores?

No physical stores just yet, but we’re always just a few clicks away.

Right now, our full range is available exclusively here at court10.co.uk and court10.ie, which helps us keep quality high, pricing fair, and the experience consistent. Any updates on stockists or pop-up locations will be shared via email and socials.

Do you have plans to expand your product range?

Yes. This is just the start. We’re already working on new additions based on feedback from players like you. Stay tuned for upcoming drops and seasonal releases as we grow the collection with fit, function, and focus in mind.
